I got the best deal EVER on the loft bed- $10!!! $15 for the armoire, $15 for the cream bed. I sold the loft bed for $155 and the armoire for $55.

Chairs!

I paid $70 for both the awesome leather recliner with stool and the set of four chairs. I worried I over paid. I sold the four chairs for $60. Sold the recliner for $100. Not a mistake!

Leather sectional buckage!

I found this sweet deal for $50!!! That was his asking price- I didn't even negotiate a bit! Sold it tonight for $550. I love the occasional big money treasure!

I love this sucker! And I wish my house was bigger and i could have kept it! Some crazy guy sold it to me for$125. Someone just gave me a check to be exchanged for cash at pick up on Friday for $600. Merry Christmas kids!
