I got this table in excellent condition for $30. It was in excellent condition but not too solid. A larger lady came and loved it and tried out the chairs. . and broke the weld on the chair. She said "Oh look that weld is broken." I didn't have the heart to tell her that it wasn't broken before she sat on it. Dropped the price right after and sold it for $45.

Sa-weet bunk beds!

I scored this bunk bed with mattresses for $50. For reals. . . I didn't even have to talk him down. I sold it for $400. The same guy sold me the patio set I just sold. I would like to publicly thank him for making me $450 with so little effort!

Thankfully craigslist helped me stay afloat when garage sales were non-existent during December. When I bought this set I had every intention or repainting it. . .but my time proved more valuable and I sold it as is. I bought this set for $145 and sold it for $210. Not nearly what I was hoping for- but at Christmas time everyone is broke so I took what I got!
