I got this desk for $50 - it included the hutch which I am trying to pass off as a lovely headboard as it is the same size as a twin bed.  The dresser I got for $5.  The chair I got for $5.  I had to touch up the paint on all of them.  This is one great set.

I bought this bed for $20. They had stripped the wood on the sides half way - I just spray painted the ends black.  It is a king.

Leather couch set

I bought this set for $180.  There are some pretty serious cat scratchs on some of the arms unfortunately, but otherwise it looks great.

I bought four of these lovely chairs and one matching ottoman for $150. I sold the entire set for $290.

I purchased this cutie for $90 and had to create another drawer front and new metal rods for the file cabinet.

I painted this black because I had some left over spray paint and because people love things that are black and pay more for them!

I bought this set for $90.  I sold the sectional and the coffee table for $245.  Just need to sell the sofa table and mirror now.

Great Couch set!

This couch set was a serious find!  I got it for $50 and I didn't even have to negotiate.  It is in excellent condition and just needed a mild cleaning. Sadly I washed the cushions in my washing machine and my washing machine wore a small hole in one of the cushions.  DANG IT!!!!  It was perfect.  Oh well, it will be repaired shortly.  

Black computer cabinet

I got this cutie for $5.  It was a computer armoire with broken doors on top- we unscrewed the top and now it is a very charming, very heavy cabinet.  Lovely.

Little black desk!

Update: Sold for $55

I have had this cutie in my garage for about 2 1/2 months.  I was going to sand it and re stain it.  It was before I discovered paint stripper and sanded a 1 foot square for about 2 1/2 hours.  With all my other black paint projects I decided just to get a one gallon bucket and paint it all black.  I bought chrome handles for it for $10.

I bought this table, chairs and hutch for $15.  They were foul.  I am not sure if someone smoked on them non-stop, left them outside for 3 years or took a massive dump on them, but they were gross.  I stripped this puppy, sanded them, painted them and reupholstered them- 3 days later my back is achy breaky and I am hopeful for projects that require little-to-no work.  They have such a chic retro look about them though.   I must say I do have vision, 99.9% of the population would have run for the hills. . not any more!

Bedroom Furniture

I bought this massive dresser and matching night stands for $40.  They had done an horrible spray paint job on the large dresser and had not done the night stands at all.  So I repainted them and sold them to a neighbor and threw in a metal bed frame they needed as well for $200.  Great!!

Patio Furniture

I bought the table set for $45 and touched it up with some shiny black paint.  I bought the wicker chairs for $10.

I bought this set for $20.  It was in bad need of a cleaning and had come apart at the seams in a few places and needed to be restiched.
