I bought this pretty slice of heaven for $75. It had a mattress that was much nicer than Lauren's so we swapped them out. Sold for $150.

I have been fortunate in this little side business of mine to have many gains and very few losses. I paid $100 for this sofa. It is posted now for $60. Sad. Fortunately I bought the office furniture and the cute ikea day bed from the same people and made a total of $255 profit from their other goodies so I can eat the $40 and not worry too much about losing my magic touch/ eye.

I bought this set for $225 and had to get $20 in new hardware to replace a few broken handles. It is a great set. Hopefully someone else will think so too. Sold for $560. Sharing proceeds with a friend who helped find it.

Gorgeous Cabinet

These pictures are awful I realize, but this piece is stunning. It is 8' wide and solid wood. I paid $50 for it and have someone coming to look at it today for $350 :). I remember when we used to carry every piece of furniture we sold inside so we could stage them for pictures- it is amazing my marriage survived all the couches I dropped on my husband's foot.

Gorgeous goodies!!!

It is always such a bitter sweet feeling to find something you would LOVE to keep. But alas the house is not big enough. I bought the bed and night stands for $250 with a mattress set that we did keep because it was much nicer than ours. And $110 for the massive gorgeous dresser and the hope chest. Then $40 to rent a truck. I sold both sets to one girl for $700! whew!! It's scary to pay so much for stuff and HOPE it pays off. Plus I sold my new mattress for $100. Wa-hooo.

I got this beauty for $20 - it was missing one glass pane and had a little damage on the side so I just posted for $60 and had a bajillion hits - sold it quickly. Wish I would have asked for more.

I bought the table for $35 and refinished the top (needed new stain for $6). Found the stools for $15, sold the set for $130- which I feel is a giveaway darn it. Oh well, needed to make room for some fantastic finds this weekend (hopefully).
