I got this bed and mattress for $50. The mattress was much nicer than my sons, so I swapped it out and sold it for $85.

table and six chairs

I bought this cutie table and this bar for $45 total. The table was a mess and required stripping, sanding, and staining and chair covering. Sadly they had carved "whats up" and "jacob is hot" etc in the top - most of it sanded out, but when my second sander broke on this sucker I gave up and you can still see some letters under my new stain job. Boo. Fabric was $6, stain was $15, stripper was $9.

Sold table and chairs for $200. Sold the bar for $80.

I bought this guy for $75. It was a bit of a mess, but my rug doctor did the trick. Agreed upon price of $300 (based on delivery to a 3rd story apartment tomorrow) Yikes- my husband is NOT happy with me!

I bought the trundle bed for $50 and the dressers for $30. I scored on a 5-gallon bucket of white oops paint for $15. I painted it and sold it for $235, which was too low because I have had a bajillion inquiries.

Bedroom set

I bought this set for $40. It was trashed, but it was wood and made well. I have lived in the garage sanding and painting this set for 4 days straight. . my poor kids, my poor husband, my poor uncleaned house. And this cute set came with a surprise bonus jock strap and a phone. Nice. I put $80 into it in paint and hardware and about 1000 man hours. It looks awesome!! Sold for $600!!!!!!
