Update: Sold chaise for $95, sold leather set for $200. Sold Maroon couch for $65. Sold micro-fiber couch for $70
I bought the chaise for $25. 
I bought this set for $68, one of the cushions is ripped from the back a little. I am hoping to resew it. 
I bought this couch for $15, there are a few small tears and the front was scratched so I had to sand it to make it look uniform and restain it. 
I bought this couch for $15 and it was covered in dog hair.
