Update: Sold for $40.
Bought for $10 in hopes of using it on our house, it was too large so it is back on craigslist.

Holy deal! We need one of those too.... what is the size of it and what is your asking price?
With the frame it is approx. 38 ½ inches and 81 ½ tall. I have it posted for $40. Someone might stop by today to grab it. . if they don't, I can cut you a deal.
